Bon Voyage!

I am headed overseas indefinitely for travel and work, so I appologise if I am not blogging a lot of home cooked meals, but promise to post about my healthy food experiences whilst I am away & any inspirational salads/recipes I come across! X

This morning I was lucky enough to have a beautiful breakfast at my brother and sister in law’s, followed by lunch at the Movida Bakery in South Yarra. I love Melbourne! 

Today’s lunch- poached eggs on multigrain with smashed avocado and spinach.

My version of vegetarian fried rice…

This is my version of fried rice- made with quinoa & packed full of veggies instead of processed meats. 

I cooked the quinoa, roasted some pumpkin & sweet corn, then stir-fried some chopped broccolini, capsicum, pea’s & egg in kejap manis (sweet Indonesian soy sauce) & combined it all in the pan. Delish.
